Frequently Asked Questions
Get answers to common questions about Shampoo and Blowdry.
Most appointments last between 45 minutes and 90 minutes depending on hair length, density, and whether you choose hood drying or a handheld blowdry. Your stylist will provide a more accurate time estimate when booking based on your hair's condition and needs.
Yes—bring your preferred shampoo or conditioner and tell your stylist at arrival. We accommodate most products unless they conflict with treatment plans. Note: professional outcomes may vary if products differ from salon-grade formulations, and some restrictions apply for allergy or ingredient concerns.
Yes, when applied correctly. We use heat protectants and controlled temperatures to minimize damage. Stylists adjust heat settings for your hair type and condition, and offer hood drying as a gentler alternative for heat-sensitive or fragile strands.
The service focuses on cleansing and drying only; light leave-in conditioners or heat protectants are applied as needed. For full styling, such as braids, updos, or curling, please book a separate styling appointment to ensure the look you want.
Arrive with dry, detangled hair unless instructed otherwise. Remove heavy oils or styling products only if requested. Bring a list of allergies and preferred products, and avoid tight hairstyles that can hinder thorough cleansing and even drying during your appointment.
Yes. You can select a hood dryer for gentle, heat-distributed drying or a handheld blowdry for faster, targeted results. Your stylist will recommend the best option based on hair thickness, sensitivity, and the desired finish to protect hair health.
